These terms apply to all services provided by German Proofreader.

Services include proofreading, editing and related language services.

Editing improves language, clarity and style but does not guarantee acceptance by institutions, universities or publishers.

Texts with a high proportion of AI-generated content may not be suitable for standard editing.

In such cases, a full rewrite may be required. This will be assessed individually and quoted separately.

All documents and information are treated strictly confidential.

Pricing depends on text length, complexity and deadline.

A fixed quote is provided before any work begins.

Work may start after confirmation and/or prepayment.

Delivery times are agreed individually.

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Austrian law applies.
